OUR HISTORY

ONE IOTA MISSION

The One Iota Foundation, Inc. is focused on providing programs and services for the educational, career/professional and personal development of the Fraternity Brotherhood to uplift the people and communities the Foundation will

serve, especially but not be limited to the areas of education, financial literacy and healthcare. Said programs and services will be provided to members of Iota Phi Theta, Inc., individuals and communities that the foundation serves, independently and in collaboration with like-minded individuals and organizations, such as Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., the National Iota Foundation and the One Iota University.

ONE IOTA VISION

Like the ‘North Star’ (‘Polaris’), the One Iota Foundation aspires to be a premier community service and social justice organization, established to guide and uplift people and communities we serve to be the best they can be.

ONE IOTA PURPOSE

The stated Purpose of the One Iota Foundation, Inc. at the time of incorporation “… is to Maintain and Advance the Brotherhood of lota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. and serve the Brotherhood and the community through public service and charitable contributions,” in alignment with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
