ONE IOTA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Robert M. Clark, Jr., the inaugural President of the One Iota Foundation, Inc. was formerly the 21st International Grand Polaris of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. (2013-2017). He was a tenured faculty member at City College of San Francisco (between 1988-2022), adjunct Psychology Instructor at California Institute of Integral Studies and member of Bayview Lodge, #64, San Francisco, Prince Hall Masons. He was also a Chief Warrant Officer (CW2, retired) in the California State Guard (Search & Rescue Detachment), current National Diversity Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and former member of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue Team.

Mr. Tate’s career highlights include more than three decades of public sector experience at the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) that includes research, strategic planning, process improvement, policy development, and operations management (Headquarters and Field Office components). While at the agency, Mr. Tate served as the National Chairperson for the Black Affairs Advisory Council.

Mr. Tate has served as an undergraduate and graduate-level Polaris (president) in Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., in addition to serving as a national officer with key responsibilities that included program management, volunteer resource management, and compliance.

Mr. Tate holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in Economics from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Kylon Solomon serves as the Vice President of the Division of Student Affairs at Trinity Theological Seminary in Houston, Texas. Dr. Solomon is the head of the institution’s student affairs department and all its’ departments directing the university’s operations in accordance with the mission, vision, and bible beliefs. Dr. Solomon is a graduate of Liberty University earning a Masters’s in Religion Studies and an Honorary Doctrine in Divinity. Dr. Solomon has served as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Director of Housing and Residential Life, and Admission Coordinator, among his High Education experience as an adjunct in Speech Community and Freshman Experience. Dr. Solomon earned his Doctoral of Education in Community College Leadership from Walden University. Dr. Solomon is the co-Founder of KEPT Holding a private education learning association in Dallas Texas.

Mr. Stewart is an experienced Chief Procurement Officer and Supply Chain professional with a demonstrated history of working in multiple industries. Skilled in Negotiations, Operations Management, Pricing Strategy, Strategic Sourcing and a track record of building global teams. Strong purchasing professional, graduated from University of New Haven.

Mr. Manson served as the 22nd International Grand Polaris of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. (2017 - 2021) .
